CERTIFICATE IN EVENT MANAGEMENT, NTA LEVEL 4&5

Certificate in Event Management programme contain two NTA levels, NTA level 4 (The basic Technician Certificate) which covers year one and NTA level 5 (Technician Certificate) which covers year one.

The NTA level 4

The NTA level 4 is the basic Technician Certificate which covers year one. Its curriculum comprises of 14 modules that are spread over two semesters in one academic year. A module has to be covered in semester of fifteen (15) Weeks. Therefore the whole NTA level 4 has a total of (30) Weeks of study for full-time attendance mode and twelve Weeks of field industrial attachment.

The NTA level 5

The NTA level 5 is the Technician Certificate which covers year one. Its curriculum comprise of 14 modules that are spread over two semesters in one academic year. A module has to be covered in semester of fifteen (15) Weeks. Therefore the whole NTA level 4 has a total of (30) Weeks of study for full-time attendance mode and twelve Weeks of field industrial attachment.

  • Certificate in Hospitality Operations (Offered at Arusha and Bustani Campuses)

    (This course specialized in- Food roduction, Food and Beverage Services, Front Office Operations, House Keeping and Laundry Operations, and Pastry and Bakery).

Entry Qualification

1. A holder of Certificate of Secondary Education Examination (CSEE) with Four (4) Passes in non-Religious Subjects

2. A holder of Certificate Of Secondary Education Examination (CSEE) with two passes "D and above" in non-religious subjects and Holder of National Vocation Award (NVA) level III in Travel and Tourism Operation, Tour guiding operations, Tourism Management, Tourism and Marketing, and Cultural Tourism.

1) Students are required to pay Tshs. 240,000/= to an identified tailor for pairs of uniforms
